Smart Eating Week is an annual campaign aimed to empower Australians to make healthier food choices. Nutrition is one of Monash Wellbeing's six pillars. Research shows that nutrition plays a pivotal role in promoting good health and wellbeing, and we're offering a range of activities to support staff and students in enjoying more delicious, nutritious and smarter everyday meals.
