The food industry is adding more and more salt and sugar to our food and drinks, which consumers are largely unaware of as it is mostly hidden. Join Monash Accredited Practicing Dietitians at our interactive webinar to learn about the hidden salts and sugars in our diet, and practical strategies to help you avoid them when grocery shopping and cooking.
2. Selecting healthier options 101
Want to learn how to identify healthy products when doing your weekly shop? Join Monash Accredited Practicing Dietitians to learn more about processed food, label reading and nutrition claims.
3. The wonders of vegetables

5. Deciphering Nutrition Claims and Health Halos
Low in saturated fat, high in omega 3, no added sugars - these are all nutrition claims, but what do they mean? And with the food industry adding more nutrition claims on food packaging to make their products seem healthier than they really are, how do you know what to choose? Join Monash Accredited Practising Dietitians to make sense of nutrition claims and health halos.
Participation in SWAP programs contributes to your Faculty/Division Wellbeing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aiming for 30% participation annually.
