Eat the Rainbow Challenge

Vegetables are delicious and nutritious, and eating vegetables provides us with essential vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre to maintain good health, and it reduces the risk of developing coronary heart disease, stroke and weight gain.

Australia produces plenty of amazing produce, yet only 7.5% of Australian adults eat recommended 5 serves of vegetables daily.

This October, we're challenging staff to eat plenty of colourful and delicious vegetables.

Join our 4-week Eat the Rainbow Challenge and aim to eat 5 serves of vegetables daily, and be in the run for one of the fantastic prizes listed below!

  • 1st Prize - Large seasonal produce box, with a set of 4 herb and spice mixes from Gewürzhaus Herb & Spice Merchants and a mushroom growing kit valued at $150
  • 2nd Prize - Medium seasonal produce box, 10-in-1 multi-function vegetable chopper and "In Praise of Veg: A modern kitchen companion" cookbook valued at $110
  • 3rd Prize - Medium seasonal produce box and "Use it All: The Cornersmith guide to a more sustainable kitchen" cookbook valued at $68
