Regular physical activity is one of the best things people can do to improve their health. People who are physically active have a reduced risk of developing diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Monash provides a range of resources, programs and services that aim to create a supportive workplace that improves participation in and increases physical activity levels.
