A COVID update webinar hosted by the Health, Safety & Wellbeing (OH&S) was held on Thursday 10 February 2022.
The webinar was facilitated by Liz Holzschuster the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager. Guest speakers were Assoc. Prof. Vicki Ashton (Monash Chief Medical Officer and OHS Physician) and Paul Barton (Director Business Support, Buildings & Property Division).
The webinar provided a COVID update, including the latest information about the proposed COVID safe measures which are part of the return to campus planning.

OH&S organised another COVID-19 webinar to update OHS personnel regarding the progress of the pandemic in Victoria, Australia, and internationally, as well as the latest Monash University developments including preparing for a full return to campus in Semester 2.

An OHS COVID Update was held for Safety Officers, elected Health & Safety Representatives, and chairs of local OHS committees on 27 July 2020.
Presentations were heard by Dr Vicki Ashton, Chief Medical Officer and Occupational Health Physician, and Paul Barton, Director Business Support, Buildings & Property Division. Topics covered were the wearing of masks, management of positive cases and an update on the current COVID-19 status.

Note: Please be aware that since this update was recorded on Monday 27th July, Victoria has entered into COVID Stage 4 restrictions. Consequently the discussion relating to the return to campus by students and some staff has changed and is no longer current.

An OHS Information Session for Safety Officers, elected
Health & Safety Representatives, and chairs of local OHS committees was held on Tuesday 16 June 2020.
A total of 198 people participated via ZOOM and heard presentations by Dr Vicki Ashton, Chief Medical Officer and Occupational Health Physician about the current status of COVID-19, and Paul Barton, Director Business Support, Buildings & Property Division, about the preparations for staff returning to campus.
