Permit refunds

In line with the University’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have now transitioned all learning and teaching activities online. We understand staff and students may not require a parking permit at this time.

We are cancelling and refunding all 2020 red and blue parking permits.

The usual $25 administration fee will be waived as part of the cancellation of your permit. You will not have to pay the $25 administration fee.

How can I refund my parking permit?

  • You will not need to do anything to process this refund. We will soon begin to cancel and refund all permits automatically.

  • All permit refunds will be completed by mid-May 2020. You will need to check your credit/debit card statement to confirm the refund has been processed.
