See what complications, fun and mayhem arise, after twenty-one-year-old Fredrick – mistakenly apprenticed in his youth to a Pirate instead of a Pilot – falls in love with Mabel, the daughter of Major-General Stanley, and joins with the Police to arrest the Pirates!
