Dr. Catriona Bradley

Dr. Catriona Bradley works as the Executive Director of the Irish Institute of Pharmacy (IIOP), which is based in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). As the inaugural director, she established the IIOP and has overseen the development and implementation of a novel Continuing Professional Development system for pharmacists in Ireland over the past five years. Catriona is also involved in the strategic development of the Life Long Learning agenda at RCSI.

She has a breadth of experience across pharmacy, business, education, research, coaching, and leadership and is an adjunct professor in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Trinity College Dublin.  She holds a PhD in pharmacy practice and diplomas in legal studies, quality improvement and coaching. Passionate about supporting and enabling people and organisations to realise their potential, she is particularly interested in the role of reflection in development and blogs about this (somewhat intermittently!) at www.reflections.ie
