Engineering proteins to control drug delivery

The aim of this project will be to understand the mechanisms of nanoparticle trafficking in cells using a combination of high-resolution fluorescence microscopy, live cell imaging and functional fluorescence assays. You will also work on functionalising nanoparticles to control their trafficking and localization within the cell.
