Below are some frequently asked questions which may assist you.

I signed up but did not receive an email with my account details.

Allow up to ten minutes for the email to arrive and check your junk mail or spam folder just in case. If you still haven't received it, try signing up again and verify you are using the correct email address. If this does not work contact us.

When I try to sign up I get the error "MUD and email mismatch."

Please verify that you are using the correct email and MUD Id. If the correct details do not work please contact us.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password by signing up with the same details again.

When I try to log in I get the error "Invalid username or password."

Please make sure you're using the same details that were sent in the registration email. If you're still having issues please contact us.

It says I need to install the Unity player.

Pharmatopia requires Unity Web Player to work. Click the 'Install Unity Player' button and follow the instructions, or if you can't see that download the Unity Player manually here.

The activity stops and I can't do anything.

Refresh the page (F5). If the problem persists please contact us.

I get an error dialog.

I didn't receive my certificate.

You can download your certificate by clicking PDF on the completed module in the pharmatopia main menu. If the button does not appear or does not work, contact us.
