Christopher Draper-Joyce, former PhD student and postdoc
Chris completed his PhD in 2017, focused on allosteric targeting of the dopamine D2 receptor under the supervision of Robert Lane. Since then, Chris has been a postdoctoral fellow within the group, working on the structural understanding of signalling, biased agonism, and allosterism at the adenosine A1 receptor. In 2019, he received an ARC DECRA fellowship and will join the lab of Daniel Scott at The Florey Institute in 2020.
Alisa Glukhova, former postdoc and co-Group Leader
Alisa moved to Australia in 2015 to begin her post-doctoral research under Profs. Arthur Christopoulos and Patrick Sexton, working on the structural biology of GPCRs using x-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. She is an ARC DECRA Fellow and is the recipient of a L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Fellowship, the Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Research by an Early Career Researcher in Science and Technology, and a MIPS Early Career Research Award. Alisa will start her own lab at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research in 2020.
