Amanda Turner is a Research Scientist within the Biopharmaceutics Section of the Centre for Drug Candidate Optimisation (CDCO). She completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) at Melbourne University. Amanda gained vast cell culture experience from immunology research roles before joining the CDCO in 2015. Her current role involves conducting various in vitro and in vivo ADME studies within the Centre. Amanda is interested in the collaborative and commercial aspect of drug discovery and moving compounds into clinical trials. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, yoga and travel.
