Three-minute thesis competition

Each year, research students within their faculty and then across Monash compete in this challenging race against the clock, in which they have just three minutes to explain in simple terms the significance of their research.

In 2011, Julia Gilmartin was the faculty winner and runner-up in the Monash-wide competition. The presentations below from Julia and 12 other faculty research students provide a great insight into the quality of our research and up-and-coming researchers.
