The Staff Code of Conduct policy suite, effective 13 November 2024, sets out the conduct expectations for all staff, ensuring alignment with Monash's core values and legislative obligations. Through its supporting procedures, the Staff Code of Conduct establishes clear reporting pathways and sets out how Monash addresses unacceptable conduct. The Code will apply across the Monash Group.

• Unacceptable Conduct Response Schedule - Monash University Indonesia
• Staff/Student Personal Relationships Procedure

The following procedures also form part of the Staff Code of Conduct Policy suite; however, they are not currently under review and have been excluded from this project: Conflict of Interest Procedure; Declarations of Interest Procedure; Mandatory Compliance Training Procedure; and the Paid Outside Work Procedure.
