Head of School Allowances

As part of its remuneration policy, the University provides for the payment of Head of School allowances at the discretion of Deans as additional remuneration for staff performing the role of Head of School or equivalent. The allowances recognise the additional responsibilities attached to the role of Head of School and reward superior leadership performance. Details of the process, criteria for and payment of such allowances will be provided to, and discussed with, the relevant eligible staff members.
