Student documents
If a student provides a hard copy document, the faculty or business unit must scan the document in accordance with the specifications set out in the Student Files Digitisation Program. As the hard copy document will be destroyed, TRIM users must ensure the scanned copy is of high quality before placing on the student file.
Uploading documents in bulk to a single folder
Content Manager (TRIM) has a feature called a Document Queue which allows users to upload bulk documents to a single folder. You may also create more than one document queue which will allow you to upload documents in bulk across multiple folders.
The Document Queue can be used once or modified for repeated use depending on the individual requirements of the business unit.
Here is the 'How to Use the Document Queue instructions'.
General Enquiries
For advice on using the Document Queue feature, please contact the Information and Records Management team via e-solutions at servicedesk@monash.edu
Have you named a document wrong, or put a document on the wrong student file?
The title and file number of documents can be easily changed after they have been registered into TRIM. If you need to delete a document, see our instructional video.
