Our Services

Records Management provides a range of services across all of the University’s campuses (including campuses based overseas). Our services include;

  • Responding to general enquiries about recordkeeping at Monash
  • Undertaking recordkeeping assessments for systems managing records
  • Running small to large recordkeeping projects based on the University’s requirements.

Records Management also provides access to the University’s Electronic Document Management System (internally referred to as “TRIM”). The options below provide more detailed information about each of the services offered.
