The above training is the only mandatory component for a staff member to gain access to TRIM.
Records management standards training
Records management standards training can be gained by completing the Public Record Office of Victoria (PROV) module. This training works best in either IE or Google Chrome. Submit your details at the end of the assessment component to receive confirmation of your completion from PROV.
This training is currently non-mandatory for staff, but is a good basis for recordkeeping literacy.
Records and Archives Services staff can provide tailored individual or group records management awareness training (or TRIM training) on request. We can also provide an overview of records management functions and services at faculty or business unit meetings.
