Respect at Monash online module

The Respect at Monash module ensures students understand what it means to be a respectful member of the Monash community. It will help students at Monash to look out for one another, and ensure the Monash community is respectful and safe for all.

Monash is a partner in Universities Australia's national Respect. Now. Always. campaign, and with the help of Monash students, our Respectful Communities Unit has produced this online module. It's now compulsory for every new student at the University (studying at an Australian campus or online) to complete this module to contribute to a respectful learning and teaching community.

The module covers topics including:

  • rights and responsibilities
  • problem behaviour and misconduct
  • respectful relationships
  • how to be an active bystander
  • alcohol and other drugs.

If you're having any issues accessing this module, please contact us at Respectful Communities for assistance.
