Group Fitness Timetable - Parkville campus
Group Fitness is a fun and effective way to improve and maintain your health. Monash Sport offers Group Fitness classes for Monash University students and staff at the Parkville campus. Classes are currently free of charge for Parkville participants.
2020 Parkville Group Fitness Classes:
|Monday||5 - 5.55pm||3rd February||Bootcamp||Basketball Court||All equipment is provided by Monash Sport|
|Tuesday||12.00pm - 12.55pm||18th February||Yoga||Cossar Hall R2*||Yoga mats are provided by Monash Sport however you can bring your own mat if you wish|
|Thursday||5 - 5.55pm||6th February||Boxing||Basketball Court||Boxing gloves and boxing inners are provided by Monash Sport|
All classes run for 55 minutes.
*Location is subject to change due to room availability. Please ensure you have registered for the mailing list to receive updates.
Classes start Monday 3rd February 2020.
- All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
- No admittance 5 minutes after class commencement due to inadequate warm-up.
- Please wear appropriate sports shoes - no shoes required for yoga.
- The Boxing and Bootcamp classes are held on the basketball court.
