Group Fitness Timetable - Parkville campus
Group Fitness is a fun and effective way to improve and maintain your health. Monash Sport offers Group Fitness classes for Monash University students and staff at the Parkville campus. Classes are currently free of charge for Parkville participants.
Classes have now ceased for 2018.
Classes will start back the week beginning 4 February, 2019.
|Monday||5 - 6pm||Bootcamp||Basketball Court||All equipment is provided by Monash Sport|
|Tuesday||11:30am - 12:30pm||Yoga||Cossar Hall||Yoga mats are provided by Monash Sport however you can bring your own mat if you wish|
|Thursday||5 - 6pm||Boxing||Basketball Court||Boxing gloves and boxing inners are provided by Monash Sport|
All classes run for 55 minutes.
- All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
- No admittance 5 minutes after class commencement due to inadequate warm up.
- Please wear appropriate sports shoes - bare feet is not allowed.
- The Kickboxing and Bootcamp classes are held on the basketball court.
