Group Fitness Timetable - Parkville campus

Group Fitness is a fun and effective way to improve and maintain your health. Monash Sport offers Group Fitness classes for Monash University students and staff at the Parkville campus. Classes are currently free of charge for Parkville participants.

All classes run for 55 minutes.

Please note:

  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after class commencement due to inadequate warm-up.
  • Please wear appropriate sports shoes - no shoes required for yoga.
  • The Boxing and Bootcamp classes are held on the basketball court.
