Group Fitness Summer Timetable from 2 December 2019 - 1 March, 2020

Running group is free for all members and non-members, meet at the Service Desk at Monash Sport Caulfield.

Walking group is free for all members and non-members, meet at the Service Desk at Monash Sport Caulfield.

Customers can now book into classes online!

Please note:

  • All classes run for 55 minutes unless specified below:
    • Classes highlighted in green run for 30 minutes.
    • Classes highlighted in yellow run for 45 minutes.
    • Classes highlighted in red run for 60 minutes.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warm up.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
