The Running Group and Walking Group are free for all members and non-members, meet at the Service Desk at Monash Sport Caulfield.

Please note:

  • Classes highlighted in green run for 30 minutes.
  • Classes highlighted in red run for 45 minutes.
  • Classes highlighted in grey run for 55 minutes.
  • Classes highlighted in yellow run for 60 minutes.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
  • A ticket is required for entry into all classes.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warm-up.
  • Access to our Group Fitness classes is included in all our Fitness and Fitness + Aquatic Memberships.
  • Casual entry passes are also available to access all classes.
