GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE FROM 29 JULY - 1 DECEMBER, 2019

Run Monash is free for all members and non-members, meet at the Tennis Pavilion.

Meditation classes are free for members and non-members, please collect a ticket from the service desk at Clayton to gain access to this class.

Customers can now book into classes online!

Please Note:

  • All classes run for 55 minutes unless specified below:
    • Classes highlighted in green run for 30 minutes.
    • Classes highlighted in yellow run for 45 minutes.
    • Classes highlighted in red run for 60 minutes.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to every class.
  • A ticket is required for entry into all classes.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warmup.

Access to our Group Fitness classes is included in all our Fitness and Fitness + Aquatic Memberships.

Casual entry passes are also available to access all classes.
