Group Fitness Timetable - Peninsula campus

The Semester 2 Group Fitness Timetable will start from Monday, 23 July and conclude on Sunday 2 December, 2018.


Customers can now book into classes online!

Please Note:

  • All classes run for 55 minutes unless specified by colour.
  • Classes highlighted in green run for 30 minutes, and classes highlighted in yellow run for 45 minutes.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to every class.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warmup.
  • Access to our Group Fitness classes is included in all our Fitness and Fitness + Aquatic Memberships. Casual entry passes are also available to access all classes.
