Our Exercise of the Week initiate is a great way for members to learn about new exercises which they can add to their training in order to encourage variety and results. Each week a new exercise will be displayed within the Fitness Centre, including important information such as the benefits, muscles worked and considerations.

Members are encouraged to speak to an instructor to ensure the exercise is performed correctly and to discuss how to best incorporate it into their current training program.
