Monthly Personal Challenges

Available to all Monash Sport Fitness Centre Members!

With the assistance of a qualified health and fitness instructor, members are encouraged to participate in a number of exercise challenges designed to test either muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, or muscular endurance. A great way to track fitness progression, challenge your friends, or just challenge yourself.  The  challenges are supervised by a Monash Sport Health and Fitness Instructor and are subject to industry testing standards, ensuring valid and consistent results.

To participate, see the Monthly Personal Challenge board in the Clayton Fitness Centre, and ask a Health and Fitness Instructor for assistance.
