A. As part of the 15% of SSAF funding dedicated by the university to student health and welfare services, a $50 rebate payment will be provided to student members (full paying members - student rate) of Monash Sport, who have been or are currently active students in the year they apply for the rebate.
A. To be eligible for the Monash Sport SSAF Student Membership Rebate students need to meet the below criteria:
Must be an active Monash University student.
Must have held or currently hold an eligible Monash Sport student membership for at least 3 months in the year they apply for the rebate.
Not available to members already receiving a discounted Monash Sport membership rate (this includes MRS/Mannix and salary sacrifice members, promotional members, etc).
The rebate payment is available to full paying students only, and is not available to community, staff, or salary sacrifice members.
Although there are two distinct application periods, successful applicants will only be paid once during the calendar year. Ie a student is only eligible to receive one rebate per year.

A. No. MRS/Mannix students already receive discounted membership off the normal student rate of membership. To be eligible for the Monash Sport SSAF Student Membership Subsidy students need to have paid the full student rate of membership and meet the above criteria.
A. No. To access the Monash Sport SSAF Student Membership rebate, you must apply for it. Simply complete the online registration form (when applications are open), so that your rebate payment can be processed.
A. No. Rebate payments are controlled and allocated from SSAF funding by the University central finance team and not by Monash Sport. Payments are made directly to students upon application via the on-line registration website.
