Tickets and payment
Tickets are on sale now.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book as soon as possible as this event sells out quickly. Tickets are strictly limited to one person per transaction.
You may indicate bus preference at time of registration (in the ‘comments’ section of the registration form). Effort will be made to fulfill requests where possible, however note that there is no guarantee. Once your booking has been confirmed requests for bus swaps will not be accommodated.
It's an essential condition of registration that participants provide personal and emergency contact details. Failure to provide such information may result in your ticket being cancelled without refund.
Additional cost activities
There may be opportunity to participate in a personal ‘up close animal encounter’ for additional cost payable to the Moonlit Sanctuary. Bus itineraries will not be available until two days prior to the event so please do not pre-book your encounter on-line to avoid disappointment and potential clashes with your bus timetable. It is advisable to wait until you arrive at the animal sanctuary in person to arrange your animal encounter experience. Bookings will be subject to availability on the day.
Your admission will cover general park entry activities including a variety of mazes, canopy walk, tube slides, picturesque gardens and art installations. Additional cost is payable directly to Enchanted Garden for those wishing to participate in the zip line activity. Due to group size and time limitations the ‘Grand Tree Surfing’ activity will not be available.
Confirmation and itinerary
You'll receive confirmation of your booking immediately after payment has been received.
You will receive a detailed itinerary two days before the trip which will confirm meeting time, pick up location, your guide's name, an emergency contact and allocated bus number for your trip.
Buses will depart campus mid-morning and return at approximately 5 – 5.30pm.
What to bring
Check the weather conditions closer to the day and dress appropriately. You'll need to wear sensible shoes, a hat, insect repellent, drinking water and sunscreen.
Lunch is provided, however we recommend that you bring your own morning and afternoon tea, as well as drinking water. You may also want to bring some spending money as there will be opportunities for you to purchase snacks and souvenirs.
Don't forget your camera as there will be lots of photo opportunities throughout the day.
Once we have received your booking and you have a confirmation email, the booking is non-refundable and no bus swaps will be allowed. You may be able to transfer your booking to another Monash student if you're no longer able to attend but all transfers must be registered with the booking operator.
No ticket transfers will be allowed after registrations have closed (20 February 2018).
