Getting help and support
If you're doing your eExam and you experience any difficulties on the day (technical, medical or otherwise), contact exam support. They'll make sure you get the help you need. For example, they can arrange for medical support staff to speak with you.
If your internet connection drops out during your eExam, don’t panic – your eExam responses are automatically saved every 30 seconds.

If you can’t make an international call for exam support, you can submit a request and our support team will call you back during support hours:

You’ll need to sign in to myServices first to access the request form.
If you’re unable to continue with your exam, don’t panic – exam responses and notes are automatically saved every 30 seconds. The support team is able to see how much time you’ve lost and will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Disability support
If you have a disability or medical condition and require alternative assessment arrangements, you can arrange this by registering with Disability Support Services.
Reducing anxiety and stress
Exams can be a really stressful time, but help is just a phone call away.
We have a counselling service that can help with problems like coping with study or university life, stress, anxiety and depression, loneliness, drug and alcohol abuse and addictions, negative feelings and suicidal thoughts, relationship and family issues. No issue is too big, or too small.
