You’ll receive one ticket for yourself as well as two guest tickets. You’ll need to book your tickets in the GFP Graduations portal – we’ll email you with instructions on how to do this before the event.
Ceremony attendance includes two guest tickets. If extra tickets are available once bookings close, you may be able to purchase an additional guest ticket through the GFP Graduations portal – we’ll email you to let you know if you can do so.
Your guests’ tickets will be sent to you by email and SMS. You’ll receive your ticket when you collect your academic dress. Make sure you bring your phone, as you’ll need to scan a code to receive it.
Graduand seating is allocated and you’ll need your electronic ticket to enter the theatre – your ticket will also have your seat number on it.
Your guests will be admitted to the theatre when they present their electronic ticket, and they can choose their own seat in the non-reserved areas (guest seating is not allocated).
The tickets for you and your guests are included in your graduation fee – there’s no additional cost.
Children under one don’t need a ticket if they can sit on another guest’s lap. Those who need their own seat, or are older than one year, need their own ticket. Children can’t sit with you in the graduand area, or go on stage with you, so they will require supervision from a friend or family member.
If you or your guests have any special seating requirements, including accessibility, list these requirements when you apply to graduate, or submit the information before the deadline for updating your application.
If we’re able to accommodate your special seating requirements, you’ll receive an email about two weeks before the first ceremony confirming that your seats or wheelchair bay have been reserved.
Additional guests are able to join you before and after the ceremony for photographs. Those who can’t make it to the Clayton campus can watch a livestream of your ceremony remotely.
Only ticketed guests are permitted in the Hall.
