International students: Study Melbourne LIVE Projects
Want to work on real-world business problems in a Victorian Government Agency, NGO or private enterprise?
Study Melbourne offers a unique opportunity to experience a three-week collaborative work project called LIVE Projects.
From project brief to final report in three weeks.
With other international students, you'll work in teams of five or six to come up with solutions to current business challenges for an organisation, which values diverse perspectives. You'll meet with your client once a week and be mentored through the process by an expert in the industry.
The program concludes in a boardroom-style presentation. You'll receive valuable feedback and a Certificate of Completion.
This is great opportunity for you to gain valuable real-world experience. You'll develop the employability skills required to work in a global workplace, while expanding your social connections and networks in Australia.
To be eligible to apply, you must:
- be a currently enrolled Monash international student
- have completed at least the first year of an undergraduate degree
- have at least one semester remaining after your chosen program date.

"I would highly recommend this program to all international students. You get to meet new people from so many different backgrounds. I gained experience in time management, problem solving, critical thinking, professional email and report writing. These are great skills for my CV and I feel much more confident about applying for work now."
