MonTRACK: advice and support for all students

Our friendly team of senior students (known as Student Success Advisers) and staff are here to offer advice and support to help you settle into university life.

Who are we?

We’re a team of senior students who have been through the highs and lows of adjusting to university life, and survived!

How it works

During weeks two to four of your first semester at Monash University, an adviser will call you for a chat to see how you’re going and ask whether you need any help. Our advisers can provide plenty of handy tips, but if you need further assistance, they can refer you to our experienced staff who are always there to help.

How MonTRACK can help

We can help with anything that might be affecting your studies. We also provide advice and information on the services, facilities and opportunities at Monash that will enhance your time here, help you get to know other students, and help you prepare for life beyond university.

So, what do I need to do?

Just keep your contact details up to date in the Web Enrolment System (WES). That’s it.

If, however, you’re feeling settled and don't want a call, you can opt out of the program. Just let us know when we call or submit the online opt-out form.
