This program is for leaders who seek a meaningful approach to digital transformation that eschews the concept that there is “one way” to successfully transform. This program examines an approach to digital transformation that is anchored in customer and business insight, that enables you to articulate an informed digital strategy, and helps you to establish a clear path for execution.

You'll unpack the practical necessities that help change occur within your business, as well as the mindsets you'll require as a leader to begin modelling the organisational behaviours that are critical to digital transformation through:

  • Understanding the megatrends and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience
  • Critically analysing how digital shifts are affecting your business
  • Understanding the purpose for engaging customers and staff on the digital transformation journey
  • Articulating a digital experience vision and strategy
  • Defining a digital transformation roadmap that will guide you on your journey
  • Exploring the role you play as a leader in enabling digital change to occur

Across the four intensive weeks, you’ll be invited to stretch and challenge your thinking about digital strategy and transformation. It’s dense, pacy and demanding.
