Delivered in partnership with St Kilda Football Club, this two-day workshop is designed for current and aspiring leaders who want to expand their leadership skills and apply contemporary leadership practices to change the way they lead.

Facilitators with expertise in neuroscience, psychology, business, sport, and health will guide you through new approaches to leadership, and how you can apply new ways of working with and leading both individuals and teams in your sector.

The workshop supports you and your teams to develop new leadership skills and deepen the competency of your existing ones through creative problem-solving, innovative action and learning mindsets.
