In the event of an emergency we will contact the parent/guardian of the affected Scholar/s, whose details were collected on the initial application form.  If contact details change, please let us know ASAP at monashscholars@monash.edu so we can update your record.  All information is held in confidence.

All Scholars are invited to join a cohort facebook group upon admission into the program.  The facebook group is designed to support engagement with Monash University and participants in the program.  Participation is not mandatory and Scholars who opt out will still receive formal notifications and invitations to program events through email.

All members of this group will be governed by the Monash University Student Social Media Policy.  The group is managed by the Monash Scholars Program Coordinator, who reserves the right to remove any content seen as irrelevant or inflammatory. Any behaviour in the group that is deemed as inappropriate may lead to further action and possible termination and removal from the group as well as the Monash Scholars program.
