Our planetary system is destabilising, forcing species to interact in new ways and leading to new diseases like COVID-19.

Professor Tony Capon, Director of MSDI, and Assistant Professor Ro MacFarlane from the University of Canberra joined the Climactic Podcast with Eav Brennan to talk about planetary health.

Tony and Ro explain how our planetary environmental system is destabilising and its negative impacts on human health are increasing. To combat this, they  propose an alternative vision for society where human and environmental health are treated as one system.
