You become a Monash Talent candidate with your first job application, here’s how it works.

When you see a job you want to apply for, click through to apply.

As part of your first application, you'll be guided to complete your Monash Talent profile through three key steps:

1. Provide your details
2. Undertake a video interview
3. Create your professional/cognitive/emotional profile via Pymetrics online games.

This information will be used for all applications you complete through Monash Talent speeding up the process for the future.

Next, we screen and shortlist applicants. If you get shortlisted we will let you know. If you are not shortlisted we will also let you know.

The Employer will review the shortlist and you may be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.

If you are selected by the employer, we check your references and if they are favourable, you’re hired!
