...but make sure it’s the natural, healthy kind.

Different kinds of light affect our 24-hour “circadian” rhythms and sleep quality, and subsequently our physical and mental health. Now, Monash University researchers have developed a device that could revolutionise the science of sleep, and its effect on the human mind and body.
