Leading change for women
Run every second year, the mentoring program is established to support the career progression and development of female professional and academic staff.
The scheme is expected to grow participants’ leadership capabilities, build professional skills, help navigate Monash life and ultimately increase the number of women in senior roles across the University.
The initiative adds to Monash’s reputation as a champion of gender equity and diversity, with its first Equal opportunity Coordinator appointed in 1987.
