Research and Revenue Accounting Services (R&R) provides financial services to researchers by supporting project costing and providing financial advice across the lifespan of projects. R&R also assist in maximising grant and contract revenues.

Research & Revenue Accounting Services teams
These service teams provide a wide range of services and advice to researchers over the lifespan of their projects. The teams' responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, invoicing debtors, initial debt follow-up and providing fund reporting. Other services include providing contract advice, project costing and the management and processing of sundry income and donations.
Corporate Receivables
Corporate Receivables is responsible for providing debt management across the University and advice to the Research and Revenue Accounting Services teams. This responsibility includes managing the debtor database and the monitoring and management of all sundry debt. The team also provides monthly and ad hoc debt management analysis and monitoring of the reconciliation process.
Bank Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation provides the ongoing reconciliation of all University bank transactions.
Research Accounting Services
The Research Accounting Services team provide support to the R&R Services teams and the Monash Research Office to ensure that the University appropriately manages research income received from the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and the Australia Research Council (ARC).
