About the program

To mark the closing of Image Economies, join us for a conversation with Jathan Sadowski, Senior Lecturer in the Emerging Technologies Research Lab at Monash University. Sadowski will discuss the role of the artist in a world increasingly shaped by technology and his new book The Mechanic and the Luddite: A Ruthless Criticism of Technology and Capitalism (University of California Press).

The conversation with Jathan Sadowski will begin at 6.30pm, but please join us from 6pm for a curatorial tour of Image Economies with MUMA Senior curator and guest artists prior to this in-conversation.
