Croft Laboratory

Systems Immunology Group

Welcome to the Croft Lab

My group aims to understand the multitude of factors that drive effective T cell responses to pathogens and tumours.

We're part of the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute, and a member of the Immunity Program, and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

Our research

Our lab utilises techniques in proteomics and immunopeptidomics to define the nature and abundance of MHC-bound peptides presented to T cells during infection and cancer. We are particularly focused on quantitative and kinetic measurements during the process of antigen processing and presentation, and how these impact upon ensuing immunity.
