Program focus

This five-day executive program includes interactive expert presentations, case studies, structured dialogue, enquiry/project-based learning and scenario analysis, and problem resolution in groups.

The program will also include a performance workshop on critical leadership skills, presented by Olivier Mythodrama (London) using Shakespeare’s play Henry V, based on the theme of Inspirational Leadership.

Special focus topics

Depending on your interest, the program will focus on the practical aspects of selected dimensions of internationalisation, such as partnerships and alliances, attracting and supporting international students, sending your students abroad, internationalisation of the curriculum, global research engagement and engagement with foreign governments, industry and local communities.
