The Hive is a project about the transfer of food, products and services through trade, manufacturing and distribution, via the futuristic approach to drones. Trucks result in congestion on the roads, so by eliminating the ground plane, the drones provide an excellent alternative for delivery. As there is a lot of distribution happening around the Queen Victoria Market site, the proposed building provides a more viable approach to trade. This building is a spectacle and must be appreciated from both inside and outside, to truly understand the drone experience.
