The Bendigo Central Neighbourhood District (CND) aims to highlight health and wellbeing in a post-covid Bendigo through the idea of community. It utilizes otherwise empty and unused buildings and transforms them into spaces for the community to rent and experience, to pursue hobbies and interests as a way to decompress from work.

Retaining the façade of the heritage Beehive Mining Exchange building built in 1872, and creating a pocket park as an extension of the central Rosalind Park for anyone to experience. It creates a path from the main road, Pall Mall through to a community hub for temporary use, to the Hargreaves Mall that connects a variety of over 20 businesses.
