“TRUST” is a notion of freedom, independence, communication, and maintenance in a design for seniors. An automatic following trolley design to assist seniors with daily shopping, carrying groceries and heavy belongings from place to place. A task handling and communication robot that would urge individuals to “TRUST” this creation to remain dynamic, be confident, and overcome the constraints of age. The practical benefits of smart design will not override user perception and control as ergonomic design provides a proper flexible and adjustable design to suit different purposes plus utility customisation feature from smart AI technology will bring a desirable experience for older age.

Automatic Following E-Trolley

Ergonomic human- robot interaction design provides a sturdy engaging platform for user to interact effortlessly with a trolley. The height of the trolley can be adjusted to suitable with the height, reaching point, posture, and movement of user. The size of the container also can lengthen for larger store space and more functional.

Technology Advancements

The combination of smart AI with friendly touch screen interface is always at the ready communicating mode that can support and provides essential information that user looked-for. A robot is act as user friendly factors which provide the most comfortable system to interact with user via both verbal and non-verbal communication. Following, sensors and auto brake system help the robot detect objects encompass it and always keep a safety distance with human while moving on the street.

Communication Design

Without mental excitement or customary human connection, anybody can easily be depressed, this is particularly valid for senior residents. This trolley bot design can obliquely improve mental health of senior and help them overcome their limited capability since the design giving a user stress-free and enjoy hand-free moments with the assistant from the robot. From apprehend a common side interest, “TRUST” is a significant piece of a more seasoned grown-ups length circle of help.

Light Guiding

Lighting design light up the walking way at night to guide way for user. Front and back light features highlight safety which is the priority strategy of product.

Material and Aesthetic

The curvy design associated with strong form stainless-steel frame feature an innovatory mechanism that allow lifting part to move, rotate independently and balance pressure. An anodized aluminium storage tank and soft plastic extended core are a remarkable combination of strength, flexibility, and durable product.
