I found that many of my friends around me suffer from poor sleep, so I wanted to create a product that could enhance the quality of people's sleep. Through research I found that one of the reasons that affect people's sleep is the temperature of the surrounding environment. When people's bedroom temperature is too hot or too cold, it will cause them not to fall asleep or wake up in the middle of sleep. So this koala bracelet uses a Peltier cooler to cool or warm the thermoreceptors inside the wrist, triggering the body's nerves to send signals to the brain to naturally process the sensation of temperature so that the user can comfortably cope with temperature changes.
