'Breath Meditation - VR Mindfulness Experience'

"This is a VR experience designed for the mindfulness section of the Mind Your Mind exhibition.
Living in an age of technology, with everything developing at such a fast pace, we may all be suffering from distractions, stress, anxiety, disconnection, isolation, depression, and the like; which we may ignore or not even be aware of.
Here, visitors can see a beautiful and peaceful outdoor scenery through the VR device. Meanwhile, breathe slowly to the rhythm of the mindfulness music in the background.
This breathing exercise is a simple and useful mindfulness practice that can help people focus and offer some form of relief. It provides an immersive experience for visitor to relax and meditate."
