This report specifies a usability study conducted by four interaction design students at Monash University. Mi Home was assessed through a usability test to examine the interface system and indicate potential usability pain points.This project highlights key findings that currently disrupt the usability of Mi Home, the recommendations included here address these issues and aim to get potential and current consumers excited about Xiaomi’s smart home technology.
