On a rectangular site, in between public amenity and private dwelling, sits a rectangular brick building of five dwellings.

In re-using the double brick skin, observations have been made on the preceding six-pack apartment typology, realised in a contemporary context. The site now has six dwellings, each for between two to six occupants.

Amongst these dwellings is a shared indoor garden at the front that bows around an existing tree, a large semi enclosed veranda in the middle, and large communal space above which faces the reserve.

The building now has gardens on all sides, with some thinner than others, one with a new tree and a rock underneath and one side spilling into the reserve.
