“SATHON derived from a district in Thailand where its rich in culture where modern meet traditional and also a place where I called ‘home’ . I choosen Sathon as the name if the resturant because it reflect the identity of my resturant and the food the resturant will be serving.
The vision is to highlight and elevated the Thai cuisine with a modern Australian contemporary twist. Bring out the flavour and the elevated Thai cuisine. Simple yet flavourful is the key to our food, this simple yet chic resturant hope to bring joy and happiness to our diners”.
